Join us for our next event: Burnout & Brain Health!

ADDRESS: Westbourne Grove Church Hall, corner of Ledbury Road, London W11 2RW 
 
This 1-day workshop event will open the conversation on the World Health Organisation (WHO) phenomenon of burn out in an intimate space. We will share stories from real-life experiences and, valuable techniques in terms of recovery, emotional well-being support, and brain-health-promoting tools for building resilience.
 
UK statistics currently estimate that at least 1 in 5 people are affected from burn out, and therefore the content of this event is for every HR manager and employee, adults with ADHD/ASD, CEOs, and entrepreneurs, and everyone impacted by or struggling with burn out and/or a mental health condition.
 
Our wonderful line up of guest speakers will be sharing their brain health toolkits and professional expertise related to some of the following content below. 
•           Real-life experiences of burnout & recovery
•           How to recognize symptoms and make changes
•           Nutrition for brain health: Optimising Resilience
•           How to reduce stress and optimize wellbeing in the workplace
•           ADHD burnout: What does it mean and how it can be prevented
•           Why Exercise Makes a difference and can prevent and reduce depression
