Main Aims of Nutritious Minds Trust Charity
  • Empowering individuals with ADHD, Dyslexia, or other neurodivergent conditions through the creative and performing arts, music, nutritional education and more
  • Providing advice and guidance via community support groups, educational and behavioural support, mentoring, diagnostic assessments, music projects and sports coaching
  • Changing how neurodivergent differences are viewed and understood in education and the workplace via wellness days and professional talks 
  • Organising community, outreach events on ADHD, neurodivergence, brain-health and more to promote awareness and advocacy​
