Lisa Nash Lisa Nash is a Fitness Trainer and Body Coach with over 12 years of fitness industry experience. She is a Level 3 personal trainer and has a blackbelt in karate! In addition, she is a qualified boxing coach and teaches alongside ex-world champion boxer, Colin Mcmillan. Lisa helps clients achieve both weight-loss and body confidence. She has extensive experience with young people who have a wide range of learning and behaviour differences. Lisa also enjoys presenting (and is known for the infamous Clubavision on ITV in the 90's) and she is also a Master NLP practitioner and Hypnotherapist.
Paul Danan Paul is a British actor whose television career launched playing the role of Sol Patrick in the UK teen soap opera Hollyoaks. He has appeared as a contestant on ITV's Celebrity Love Island (twice!), Celebrity Big Brother and given countless other TV, film and theatre appearances. Paul has Adult ADHD and often talks about his experiences and battles with both ADHD and Addiction. He mentors young people who are battling with sober living. He is a yoga enthusiast, loves tennis and is committed to raising awareness of mental-health conditions especially within creative industries. Paul runs “The Morning After Drama (MAD) Company” in Bristol and The Morning After podcast.
Ross Mac Ross is an entrepreneur running a successful events company called RM Events and more recently, founding RM Wellness. He is also a DJ and plays at UK festivals and in Ibiza. Ross is active in charitable work and has even taken his DJ skills to bring joy to children in Uganda. He firmly believes helping others is key for his own recovery and well-being. Ross is 10 years clean and sober, and advocates that recovery is about action and change. Ross subscribes to natural ways to calm his ADHD mind such as cold-water swimming, meditation, the gym, breath-work, healthy eating and clean living. He feels his addictive personality has helped him achieve some amazing things in life such as running 4 marathons, completing a half iron man and cycling to Paris!
Jumping Jack Frost DJ Jumping Jack Frost (Nigel Thompson) is a Drum & Bass music legend, producer, author, entrepreneur, and mental-health advocate within the creative music industry. Frost’s career is indisputably impressive with achievements including the formation of the seminal label V Recordings with Bryan Gee, he was nominated for a MOBO award, having sold over a hundred thousand copies of his world-renowned track “Burial”; created his own clothing brand; ran an award-winning Kiss FM radio show for many years before going on to host his own show on Mi-Soul Radio. Frost published his autobiography “Big Bad and Heavy" (2017) which gives a brutally honest account of his upbringing in Brixton and life in the music scene. Frost has become an advocate for mental health awareness and has given countless talks and interviews on mental health in the music industry. He is a highly respected public figure and speaks honestly and openly about mental health at all our Nutritious Minds Events. He is also the Founder of The Frost Report a podcast which features guests from the world of music, sport and entertainment.
EMY.P Emy.P is a Spoken Word artist, poetry slam champion, and musician born and raised in Essex. She describes herself as on a personal mission to raise awareness and destigmatize the negative viewpoints surrounding ADHD in adults. Emy’s honest writing approach and dark humour delves into the minds of everyday people as well as her own wired brain. She has recently been a featured poet on BBC Radio London and her piece "Volume Control" has been viewed by thousands and shared by leading professors in Neuroscience at Universities. Emy describes herself as “Passionate, Chaotic and Scruffy”, her relatable stories and electric performance are proving to be very popular on the UK spoken word scene. Emy uses spoken word, music, and public speaking as a platform to help others whilst continuing to learn, grow, and use her colourful and creative ADHD brain to its full potential.
MC Creed Chris Reid is also known as MC Creed and has been firmly established in the UK House and Garage industry since 1989. Chris hosts some of the most popular UK club nights and makes guest appearances all over the globe including Dubai. He has achieved phenomenal chart success with tracks such as Good Rhymes which has led to a catalogue of highly successful mainstream and underground releases. His distinctive voice has led Creed to regular guest appearances on a diverse selection of TV shows and acting roles. He is the Founder of Vocal Fusion a specialist UK booking agency for MCs and provides workshops that introduce up-and-coming young artists to the industry. Chris is also known for his outstanding senior youth work and contributes to countless community projects helping at-risk youth as well as advocating for Anti Knife Crime workshops and supporting local councils.
Brandon Block Brandon Block is a legendary DJ and one of the first residents at Space in Ibiza. His residency was arguably one of the initial driving forces behind the Island's popularity and notoriety as one of the best places to party. Musically, Brandon has a wealth of experience and is still one of the UK’s most sought-after DJs. Brandon is a guest speaker at all of our Nutritious Minds Trust events and speaks openly and honestly about his experience developing a prolific drug addiction that almost ended his life. Now, with almost 30 years ofsobriety behind him, Brandon is trained as a SMART recovery trainer, a goal mapping practitioner, a stress management coach, a mental health first aider, and a suicide awareness coach, and has helped hundreds of people to achieve a better way of being. Brandon is the co-founder of the charity Happy Days for Everyone and runs a monthly mental health support group called Tuned Out at The Ministry of Sound offices.
