Nutritious Minds Trusts understands the fundamental role that diet has in cognitive function, learning, mood, and behaviour and aims to teach this invaluable information to parents and children through seminars on nutritional science and interactive workshops. These events also provide a motivational platform for individuals to talk about their collective experiences living with diagnostic labels as well as sharing inspiration and the tools that enabled them to overcome tumultuous obstacles in their lives.
Nutritious Minds Wellness Days are a special and memorable day packed full of fun activities, brain-boosting nutritional advice and demonstrations, story-sharing, giveaways, and inspiration. Wellness Days are created to equip staff with new evidenced-based knowledge, science-backed practical skills, education, and training on all aspects of wellness designed to deliver a personalised health MOT and optimise the continued well-being of staff. Our Wellness Days are also designed to help advocate for ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, and Neurodiversity in the Workplace.
Our Wellness Day is also a way to give back and demonstratively commit to modelling healthy behaviours and maintaining healthy lifestyles which promote both productivity and physical and mental health.
