The Nutritious Minds Trust ADHD & Neurodiversity Surrey support group meets on the last Thursday of every month

Next meeting is Thursday 25 July 2024, doors open at 6.45pm and the group starts at 7.00pm. 

This group will provide free support and services to all those impacted by ADHD or other similar neurodiversity (e.g., ASD, Dyslexia). We will meet on the last Thursday of every month (unless otherwise directed) and will discuss of range of topics from nutrition, brain-health, psychology, education, school-exclusions, parenting, addiction, fitness, goal-setting, and more. 
 
We will also be inviting guest speakers to come and present to us on a range of topics relevant to ADHD and neurodiversity. 
 
Please share this with anyone who may benefit from attending this group, tell a friend, or relative, and if you have children, your local school. Please note, this is an adult-only support group and you must be 18 years of age or upwards to attend. 
 
Complimentary teas and coffee will be provided. There is no charge to attend this group, although small donations are optional and appreciated. 
 
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Individuals with ADHD/ASD or other neurodiversity 
Parents/carers raising children with ADHD/ASD/DYSLEXIA 
 
WHERE: Caterham Baptist Church Hall, 4-6 Beechwood Road, Caterham, CR3 6NA which is a 10-minute walk from Caterham train station (30 minutes direct from London Bridge or London Victoria). Free parking is available on the road or nearby. 
 
DATE: The Last Thursday of every month
TIME: 7.00 - 8.00 pm PM
