DATE & TIME: Friday 03 May 2024, 11.30 AM – 4.30 PM ADDRESS: Westbourne Grove Church Hall, corner of Ledbury Road, London W11 2RW This 1-day workshop event will open the conversation on the World Health Organisation (WHO) phenomenon of burn out in an intimate space. We will share stories from real-life experiences and, valuable techniques in terms of recovery, emotional well-being support, and brain-health-promoting tools for building resilience. UK statistics currently estimate that at least 1 in 5 people are affected from burn out, and therefore the content of this event is for every HR manager and employee, adults with ADHD/ASD, CEOs, and entrepreneurs, and everyone impacted by or struggling with burn out and/or a mental health condition.
