If you need help now
Nutritious Minds Trust Charity provides community, educational and neurodivergence-related support, but we are not currently a crisis service and we do not operate an emergency or crisis telephone line.
IF YOU OR SOMEONE YOU KNOW IS IN IMMEDIATE DANGER, FEELS UNABLE TO STAY SAFE, HAS SERIOUSLY HARMED THEMSELVES, OR IS AT IMMEDIATE RISK OF SUICIDE:
CALL 999 OR GO TO YOUR NEAREST ACCIDENT & EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT.
For urgent mental health support in England, you can also call NHS 111. NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for urgent physical and mental health needs.
If you are feeling suicidal
If you are thinking about suicide, feel that you may harm yourself, or are struggling to stay safe, try not to remain alone with those thoughts. If you can, move away from anything you could use to harm yourself and contact someone you trust. You can also contact one of the specialist services below.
