Why We're Here

From my own experience as the mother of a child with ADHD and Dyslexia, I know how hard it can be to get the support you need.

I also know how difficult it is for many families affected by learning and behavioural differences to find the money to pay for that support.

This is why I launched the Nutritious Minds charitable trust.

Our mission is to raise awareness, and funding, to bring positive and meaningful change to the lives of children and individuals with learning and behavioural differences. The Trust will raise awareness of mental-health conditions, helping to remove stigma and misunderstanding. Our ultimate goal is to create a paradigm shift in the way we treat those with ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia and related conditions.

The Aims of Nutritious Minds

  • To provide educational, nutritional, and behavioural support and services to those who would otherwise be unable to access it
  • To raise awareness of “invisible” mental-health conditions
  • To implement change and advocate equality in education and the workplace
  • To help children and adolescents with learning and behaviour differences reach their highest potential

In addition to our general help and support, we have set up two Nutritious Minds Awards.

Nutritious Minds is a registered charity [number]
