Nutritious Minds Trust Charity is super excited to announce that we have been short-listed for a National Diversity Award under the categories "Community" and "Age". We are absolutely thrilled, and we are crossing everything that we will make it to the next steps! In the meantime, we would like to thank everyone who nominated and voted for us. 
We wanted to share a sample of your testimonials and the reasons you chose us, and reading them definitely made us tear up! We are so humbled and grateful. 

Nutritious Minds do so much to help the community and really deserved this award and some recognition. They have literally help change people's lives and work so hard! They deserve this award!

They have changed my life, I’ve been going to events since 2017 and have found a community of likeminded individuals who also struggle with ADHD. Through nutritious minds, I’ve found my people, friends and those I now consider family. I owe Nutritious minds a lot, their events really shape people

This is a vital charity providing 360 degree support to those with and carers of those with neurodivergence. Having attended events with no experience I have completely shifted my understanding and appreciate the gift of the brilliance of neurodiversity. Dr Rachel Gow’s research into nutrients to support brain and mental health is outstanding and the charity is grounded in evidence based research and personal experience. Her work ethic, her support for those trapped in the prison system not understood and her desire to break patterns of behaviour with education starting from first principles is exemplary in every way. She’s building the foundation for real understanding and growth and will change the course and outcome of countless lives. Exciting, inspirational and the future of medicine to come: nutrition, environment and educational support so that individuals have all the tools to help themselves to live full and promising lives

My partner and children all have ADHD, and the support provided by Nutritious Minds has been excellent. I rarely miss an event, and every time I leave feeling supported, better informed, and equipped with new techniques and strategies to help my family

Nutritious Minds Trust Charity has helped lots of young people with a range of struggles from housing, emotional and educational support. Its work helps people feel understood, supported and empowered, as well as a sense of Balanced diet it’s vital for children with neurodivergent traits. Helping families understand this, would make a real impact in tackling health inequalities

Dr Rachel Gow has worked tirelessly to launch and grow Nutritious Minds providing much needed support to families failed by the system and in desperate need


I reached out to nutritious minds to help my son who had difficulties. Through Rachel’s help we established that he suffered from ADHD, which completely changed his life. We as parents could now understand our child and also he could understand himself, since then he has completely changed, takes care of of his diets list incredibly weight and now a very confident and positive young man. Amazing!

This monthly group has been so valuable to me! Being surrounded by like minded people going through the same thing I truly have had endless helpful advice for my child going through ADHD diagnosis

The need for support for neurodivergent families is needed now more than ever, and this charity is doing amazing work at providing support, tangible strategies and programmes for young people and assistance with pursuing diagnostics. They truly make a difference where support is needed most

Having been to multiple Nutritious Minds events, I have always been impressed by the level of attention, care and inclusivity that goes into them. There is a wonderful energy about the charity that clearly affects those who attend the events and I’ve seen people on multiple occasions who have clearly found a sense of community and understanding that they’ve been missing

It’s a brilliant charity why else?

Nutrition plays a fundamental, often overlooked role in supporting the neurodivergent brain and body. True understanding, and extending compassionate support, is not something that many practitioners and agencies are able to provide. I am in awe of the work that Nutritious Minds does, and look forward to seeing them grow further and go from strength to strength. Keep up the good work, you're much appreciated!
