We have an amazing line up of inspirational speakers covering topics such as neuroscience, nutrition & neuroplasticity; how to optimise healthy, nurturing relationships; self-care of the body through fitness and yoga and how to develop and maintain a positive mind in order to achieve your personal and professional goals.

Guest speakers include:

Gow (Neuroscientist & Founder of Nutritious Minds), Lish Nash Fitness & Colin McMillan (ex-world champion boxer), Davinia Taylor (Biohacker, Actress, TV Presenter), Alexandra Prince (Transformational Life Coach), Christine Giscombe (Motivational Speaker & Founder of Born to Excel), Clare Backley (Understanding a Narcissists Inner-mind: Gain Your Power Back), Paul Danan (Actor & Nutritious Minds Ambassador), Jumpin Jack Frost (Nutritious Minds Ambassador, Award-winning DJ/Producer & author), DJ Rap (Award-winning recording artist, DJ, producer & author), Chris Reid (Youth Worker, Founder of UKG & recording artist), Valerie Maxfield (Recording Artist & Mental-Health Advocate), Naomi Cambridge (Relationship, Healing & Intimacy Coach), EMY. This is a charitable event and any profit made from ticket sales will go towards the launch of our community music and creative art projects for vulnerable and at-risk youth.

We also have our amazing chef preparing a healthy and delicious buffet lunch!

You will also have the opportunity to hear from all those on our Q&A panel discussion on mental health and wellness and how to build your own toolbox of happiness.

The day will end with music and networking! More announcements to follow soon as well as a schedule of the day.

We can't wait to see you all there!

Rachel and Lisa x
